So God has in countless ways recorded in the Bible every provision every promise to enable us to return His faithfulness. His enthusiasm for this is revealing of His strong love for us. That is why He is so eager for us to keep His commands..not because He is a grand narcissist but because our faithfulness to Him returns His love, which is nice for Him but it also makes us safe to interact with the rest of His creation. Then we can be one big happy family.
